Meet the world's 'fattest man' who lives in London: 58-stone Keith is so huge he needs 18 carers to keep him alive.
Bed-ridden and unable to find clothes that fit him due to his six-foot waist, Keith is reported to spend his days watching television and gorging on sweets, cakes, biscuits and sausages. His dinner often includes two whole roast dinners with all the trimmings, having typically kicked off his day with eight hot dogs for breakfast.
Mr. Martin needs the assistance of eight ambulance workers to help shift his enormous frame to a reinforced vehicle for frequent hospital visits close to his home in Harlesden, north-west London.
These health checks are the only times he has left his bed in the last ten years. Keith is thought not to have had a girlfriend in over twenty years.
Despite being reliant on such assistance, Keith does not blame anyone but himself for his condition - although he does pinpoint the death of his mother as a trigger for his vast consumption.

The dead snake was found near Borefield Road in the outback Roxby Downs region of South Australia with its head stuck in an empty beer can.
Hannah Spronk from the group Arid Recovery said the reptile chose the wrong place to seek shelter.
She said littering was on the rise as the outback tourist season got underway and people needed to consider the harm it could cause for animals and the environment.
“People think the outback’s big and vast and it is, but there is actually quite a few people that travel through it and you think that maybe your one little bit of rubbish that you throw out the window isn’t going to have an impact, but clearly it does,” she said.

A 12-YEAR-OLD girl with nickname Rapunzel plans to cut her 1.6m of hair for the FIRST time - because it's making her life a misery. Her real name Natasha Moraes de Andrade who lives in an impoverished shanty town in Rio De Janeiro, want her hair cut which is just 4cm shorter than herself. 

She hopes on getting  £2,000 from selling it to drive her family out of poverty or just get some modern home. She uses a whole pot of shampoo every week and washing her curly locks can take up to four hours, twice a week. Brushing it afterwards can take another one-and-a-half hours and she has to carry it around when she walks, and fold it onto her lap when she sits down. Her Mother Mother Catarina Moraes de Andrade, which is 42,told the media that her daughters long hair mission started when Natasha was just a toddler. Admirers told her never to cut her daughter’s beautiful hair as it was so thick and long. But now she and the girl's school are urging her girl to chop it off because it stops her from even taking part in P.E. lessons.
