Essien looking forward to Chelsea's American Trip

 Multifunctional black stars and Chelsea midfielder Michael Essien considers his club pre-season trip to the United States as a good opportunity to contribute to the club.

The 29-year-old missed out during the first half of last season due to an injury on his cruciate ligament last July.
This unfortunate incident caused him his position in the starting line-up of the blues after returning to play last January.


Essien quoted that  “It is hard during the season if you miss pre-season,and so it is good to start and hopefully finish the whole pre-season. So I am looking forward to that and we will see what happens”.
  Essien  joined Chelsea from Lyon- Bastia in 2005 for £24.4 million. Wishing him the best of luck......
