The well happens to be the only sources of water for the hostel. According to an eye witness inside the hostel, four girls sat on top of he well while the remaining three were washing their cloths also on top of the well, when suddenly the well collapsed and all seven of them fell into the well.
With tension and fear, other students around the hostel at that time rushed to rescue them, but only got six alive , unfortunately another died on the way to the hospital. Now, the remaining five are on treatment.
